To add a Camp or Resource:
Hit the "New Topic" button
Name the topic after the Camp ("Camp Smoething; Podunk, IL")
To say something about a Camp or Resource that is already listed:
Hit the "Reply" button while in that Camp topic
To register choose your username and password. If they are not available, you will be prompted to try another.
