Napawon  in Central Wisconsin   operated by the Northwest Council.  I was there in the late 90's.  On a scale of 0 to 10 I would rate the property a 6 and the program a 9.  Strong program, very well run camp.  Including a "town" ("FlintLock") with buildings etc. back in the woods with a lot of special activities such as Blacksmithing.
