We used two different online outfits for Arrow of Light plaques and arrows this year.

http://www.cubitems.com was one of them. They did a great job. The materials they sent were well made and in good condition. Their customer service was superb above expectation as well; when two plaques arrived with damage from shipping, cub-items replaced them promptly. Very nice stuff, quick and reliable service.

The other place we used was http://www.arrow-of-light-awards.com for arrows. They sell authentic arrows made by actual indians of different tribes. The problem with them is that we never received the arrows. We went back and forth with this guy for a couple of months, and he kept saying he sent it, he was sending it, they'll be there in three days, and none of it ever happened. He told us at one point that it was sent, the post office said that they tried three times to get it to us (at week to ten day intervals), then returned it to him. Of course he was unable to fax us a copy of the notice that the post office sent him, or provide a tracking number for the package, or get it sent to us in the two weeks after that in which we kept trying to use him. We ended up cancelling the order (glad we used a credit card) and ordering the remaining arrows from http://www.cubitems.com who got the arrows to us in less than a week.

In short, we had a great experience with cubitems.com and received very poor service (actually no service) from arrow-of-light-awards.com
