Send Den Chiefs to the Cub Scouts. The kids in Cub Scouts get to know older kids from the Troop, theywant to be Boy Scouts. We have a lot of kids who are Den Chiefs, and its pretty easy, and the Cub Scouts really look up to you, so I think that helps them want to be Boy scouts. Cool
